Invitation to Bid for
Medical Supplies, Drugs and Medicine

1. The Local Government of Maitum, through General Fund (POP) to apply the sum of Php 258,500.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the MEDICAL SUPPLY, DRUGS AND MEDICINES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of Maitum now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 30 calendar days and shall commence from the date of the issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3. The Eligibility of Design and Build contractors shall be based on provisions of Annex ‘G-, IRR/R.A No. 9184, including Legal, Technical and Financial requirements.
