Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND LABORATORY INSTRUMENT FOR USE OF THE OMPH MOLECULAR LABORATORY

IB NO. GSH 2025-053

1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Four Hundred Forty Pesos Only (Php 439,440.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Medical Supplies and Laboratory Instrument for use of the OMPH Molecular Laboratory. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro - BAC for Health now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (7) calendar days upon signing of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
