PURCHASE OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES

1. The City Government of Cotabato, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Sixty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Pesos (Php 69,970.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Medical Response Efficiency and Strengthening. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Cotabato, now invites bids for Medical Supplies. Delivery of the Goods is required 5 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
