1. ISO Certification as Manufacturer/or from manufacturer (if distributor);
2. Philippine Standard Quality Certification Mark supported by the result of product audit for Medical Oxygen conducted by BPS for continued use of PS Certification Mark License;
3. Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) from FDA;
4. Certificate of Good Manufacturing Practice from FDA;
5. Latest Quality Assurance Report of purity test (not lower than 99%) from authorized/accredited tester or any authorized accredited laboratories.
