SCOPE OF WORK
(For the Procurement of Medical Gases for Calendar Year 2026)

I. BACKGROUND

Under Republic Act (R.A.) 11497, which authorizes the expansion of the bed capacity of Las Piñas General Hospital and Satellite Trauma Center (LPGH&STC) from 200 to 500 beds, there will be a significant increase in patient volume. This expansion necessitates an elevated demand for medical gases to maintain uninterrupted, high-quality healthcare services. To meet these needs, it is crucial to ensure a consistent and reliable supply of Medical Gases (Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide) to support the hospital-s operations 24/7.

II. OBJECTIVE:
