The City Government of Cauayan, Isabela, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure Medical and Laboratory Tests for LGU Cauayan Free Surgical Mission 2025 with an Approved Budget for the Contract of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (P800,000.00) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
