INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF 11,800 KITS INDIVIDUAL FIRST AID KIT

1.The Philippine Army, through Advice of Sub-Allotment Nr 2200-2024-0083 dated 23 January 2025 with Fund Source RA 111975- (Continuing) MOOE valid until 31 December 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php141,600,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for MED PABAC1 006-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the following from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP), which date shall not be later than seven (7) days from the issuance of NTP.
