Description : The NPTI Bids and Awards Committee intends to procure Med, Dental and Lab Supplies for November 2025 for the NPTI HQ and its 18 Training Centers in accordance with Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Eighty Thousand Pesos (PhP80,000.00). The period for the performance of the obligations shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriations for this procurement.
Please quote your best offer for the procurement described herein, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided on the last page of this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit your quotation duly signed by your authorized representative not later than October 2, 2025 (Thursday), 9:00 AM to the National Police Training Institute, Bids and Awards Committee at Camp BGen Vicente P Lim, Calamba City, Laguna.
