NAME OF PROJECT: MEALS FOR WORKING STAFF/TEAMS ASSIGNED FOR EACH DEPARTMENT FOR BARANGAY VISITATION 2025 OF MINGLANILLA, CEBU

1) The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, through the Local Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 1,140,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for RICE (5KLS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within NINETEEN (19) calendar days (base on the schedule). Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
