The Department of Education (DepED) Schools Division Office of Ligao City, hereafter referred to as the Procuring Entity, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum Nine Hundred Sixty One Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (961,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to eligible payments under the contract for MEALS WITH VENUE FOR THE CONDUCT OF DIVISION CAPACITY BUILDING OF TUTORS FOR THE ACADEMIC RECOVERY AND ACCESSIBLE LEARNING (ARAL) PROGRAM ON SEPTEMBER 15-16, 2025 (1ST BATCH) AND SEPTEMBER 22-23, 2025 (2nd BATCH). Request for Quotation (RFQ) received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at RFQ opening.
The DepED Schools Division Office of Ligao City, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now request you to submit a Request for Quotation for the above-mentioned project.
