For official use of PMD on the conduct of Consultative Workshop for the Preparation of the FY 2027-2029 Forward Estimates and FY 2027 Budget Proposal on February 23-24, 2026
1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region III, through the General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (₱346,500.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under this project.
2. This procurement shall be conducted through Small Value Procurement, pursuant to Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
3. The DENR Region III requests the submission of price quotations for the following items:
3.1 Venue / Function Hall for February 23-24, 2026, inclusive of tables, chairs, projector, sound system, and Wi-Fi.
3.2 Room Accommodation for 90 pax for 2 days, 1 night
3.3 Meals for ninety (90) participants, broken down as follows:
- February 23: Breakfast, AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks, and Dinner
- February 24: Breakfast, AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks, and Dinner
