1. Location: The venue must be outside Northern Samar but w/ in Region VIII.
2. Location Accessibility: The training venue should be strategically located and easily accessible via public transportation. This includes, but is not limited to, proximity to the terminal or PUV stops. An overview of the available public transportation options, including routes and schedules, should be provided for ease of participant commute. Additionally, shuttle services or transportation assistance that can be provided by the venue would be highly appreciated. Compliance with this specification will enhance the convenience of travel for our participants, making the training program more seamless and effective.
