REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Municipal Government of Antipas, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby invites interested suppliers to submit price quotation for Meals & snacks use for Various meeting with the following items with ABC of P 194,660.00.

Request for Quotation form can be obtained from GSO, Municipal Hall, Antipas, Cotabato on February 14-17, 2025 and the deadline for submission of sealed quotation is on February 17, 2025 at 9:00 A.M.
Opening of sealed quotation is on February 17, 2025 A.M. at MPDO, Antipas, Cotabato.
