NS-01-21-25-18

1. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar, through the SP Ordinance No. 41 series of 2024, dated 20 December 2024 (GF/Other SPA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php2,428,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for NS-01-21-25-18: Meals & Snacks for the Use in Actual KAUSWAGAN Caravan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar now invites bids for the Meals & Snacks for the Use in Actual KAUSWAGAN Caravan. Delivery of the Goods is required by 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
