Description : INVITATION TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROJECT:
MEALS FOR THE JOB ORDERS AND VOLUNTEERS DURING THE REPACKING AND DISTRIBUTION OF RELIEF GOODS ON JANUARY 29, 2025 TO FEBRUARY 25, 2025 AT THE ENCINAS PAVILION

1. The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (₱107,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR4533. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of the Request for Quotation.

2. The Local Government Unit of Gubat now invites quotation for the project: Meals for the Job Orders and Volunteers during the Repacking and Distribution of Relief Goods on January 29, 2025 to February 25, 2025 at the Encinas Pavilion, delivery of goods is required from January 29 - February 6, 2025, upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
