  1. The City Government of Surigao through the Bids and Awards Committee invites supplier to submit bids for the following contracts:

  Contract Name: Meals & General Merchandise use for the conduct of People-s Day to 54 Barangay 2026
  Contract Location: CMO, Surigao City
  Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): Php5,500,762.00 (Lot 1-6)
  Bid Document Fee: Php5,000.00 - for Lot amounting more than 1M up to 5M
  : Php 1,000.00 - for Lot amounting more than 500,000 up to 1M
  : Php500.00 - for Lot amounting 500,000 and below
  
  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of Surigao now invites bids for the above Procurement Projects. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
