Description : The Pasay City Government - Information and Communications Technology Office (ICTO), through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the project: “MEALS during BAC Meetings for BAC Members, TWG and BAC Secretariat during Pre-Bid, Bidding and Pre-Procurement Conference” chargeable against the GENERAL FUND CY2024.
The Pasay City Government BAC now requests the quotation for the project: “MEALS during BAC Meetings for BAC Members, TWG and BAC Secretariat during Pre-Bid, Bidding and Pre-Procurement Conference”. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of price quotations.
Please submit your duly signed quotations/proposals not later than January 16, 2025 at 10:00am for the item described above, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided with this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
