Description : Meals and Catering Services:

Meals must have rice ,1 soup with 4 viands (1 Vegetable,2 Meat (Chicken or Beef),1 Fish), dessert and drinks;
The supplier shall provide heavy snacks, consisting at least combination of 2 (main and side food items) with 1 beverage;
With free flowing Coffee/Tea/Sikwate;
Drinks for Snacks and Meals should be Local Products of Region XII (Fresh Milk and Juices)
Catering set-up appropriate for the activity shall be provided by the services provider;
The service provider must provide atleast two (2) staff to serve the food during the meetings/events.

Other Requirements:
The venue or location of the activity must be within GENERAL SANTOS CITY.
The supplier has the capacity to render mobile catering services to the specified venue (To be determined by the End-user) to ensure the availability of meals and refreshments throughout the duration of the activity.

Use of biodegradable/recycled/dissolvable food containers.
