3. RHU San Vicente - July 3, 2025
4. RHU Catubig - July 9, 2025
5. RHU Biri - July 11, 2025
6. RHU San Jose - July 15, 2025
7. RHU Las Navas - July 16, 2025
8. RHU San Isidro - July 22, 2025
9. RHU Victoria - July 23, 2025

General Requirements and Terms and Conditions:
I. Meals. The supplier shall provide 133 packs of meal per municipality as indicated details in the schedule above and menu below:

*Packed Lunch (133 packs of meals per municipality): Rice, Pork/Beef, Chicken/Fish, Vegetable, Dessert/Fruit, Water, with cutlery

Note: The supplier shall provide choices of menu for the finalization of food packs for the whole duration of contract.
