1.1 Project Title

Meals to be served during the conduct of Pensioner-s Day on December 7, 2024 at GSIS Butuan Branch Office, Libertad, Butuan City.

The total budget for the meals amounts to Php 100,000.00 inclusive of all applicable taxes and service charge. Please note that said amount does not necessarily equate to being the amount payable to the service provider.

1.3 Brief discussion why the goods and services to be procured are necessary

The Butuan Branch Office is mandated to conduct PR Information Dissemination Activities such as New Employees- Orientation (NEO), Property Insurance Officers- Meeting, Pre-Retirement Seminar, Pensioner-s Day, AAOs/LOs/ERF Handlers Re-orientation and Stakeholders- Dialogue for concerned GSIS members and pensioners. It is through these activities where GSIS takes the opportunity to inform its members about new programs, updates and special announcements that would greatly affect them.
