5. No posts/poles/building obstructions in the event hall.
6. No noise that can be heard from other halls, insects/pests, and foul odor.
7. With standby power generator.
8. Free use of extension cords, projector and screen.
9. High speed and stable WIFI connection (with low ping and latency).
10. Free use of the Philippine flag, pole, white boards, and podium.
11. With free-flowing water and coffee.
