MEALS AND SNACKS, ROOM ACCOMODATION, AND USE OF FUNCTION HALL FOR THE
CONDUCT OF DRRM AND CCA TRAINING/WORKSHOP: INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM COURSES
(POSITION COURSE)

1.The Municipality of Kibungan, through the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PHP 250,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for meals and snacks, room accommodation, and use of function hall for the conduct of DRRM and CCA training/workshop: Incident Command System courses (Position Course). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Municipality of Kibungan, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 working calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed.
