1. The Municipality of San Jose, using a single year Framework Agreement through the 2024 Special Trust Fund of the MDRRMO intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (Php 349,960.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Meals and Snacks / Refreshments for Trainings, Meetings, Workshops and/or assemblies for review and updating of CLWUP including LSP and FLUP formulation and integration for CY 2025 through Framework Agreement / sjom-goods-0056-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
