The ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE (ZSPI) formerly KABASALAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (KIT), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2018 intends to apply the sum NINETY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 92,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Meals and Snacks for Integrating Values Education into Technical Vocational Education and Training use.
Price Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
