The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the General Fund SB #4 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,275,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Meals and Snacks to be served during the Conduct of Oriental Mindoro Riders- Day Celebration: The Riders- Day Jamboree on 22 June 2025 in Calapan City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
