1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Five Hundred Eighty One Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (Php 7,581,600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Meals and Snacks to be served during the conduct of MIMAROPA RAA Meet on May 6-17, 2025 to be held in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
