INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
Meals and Snacks for the 2025 Pre-Region 1 Athletic Association (R1AA) Meet Intensive Training for Athletes

1. The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the Special Education Fund (SEF) intends to apply the sum of PhP2,191,700.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Meals and Snacks for the 2025 Pre-Region 1 Athletic Association (R1AA) Meet Intensive Training for Athletes-PGIS-048-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 5 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
