FOR
MEALS AND OTHER SUPPLIES FOR THE KALIPI LEADERSHIP AND WELLNESS EMPOWERMENT CAMP 2025

1. The Municipality of Boac, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 284,000.00) being the Total ABC to payments under the contract for Meals and Other Supplies for the KALIPI Leadership and Wellness Empowerment Camp 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Partial bid is allowed. Bidders may submit a proposal on any of the lots, and evaluation will be undertaken on a per lot basis.
The following are ABC for each lot:

Lot 1 Meals 169,000.00
Lot 2 Other Supplies 115,000.00
TOTAL 284,000.00

2. The Municipality of Boac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 Working Days.
