1. The Government of the Republic of the Philippines has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the Phil. FishCore Project and intend to apply part of the proceed of this loan for the payment for the cost of this contract.
2. The FCU-9 hereinafter referred to as the End-user, now requested interested applicants to submit quotation for the:

2 meals and 1 snack with Accommodation for 24 pax
Lunch: (Rice, Chciken Curry, Bam-i, Beef Steak, and Softdrink)
