For official use of Administrative Division for the conduct of Orientation on the updates of RA 12009 and recent GPPB Issuance and Procurement Planning Workshop on December 1-3, 2025
1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region III, through the General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Pesos (₱264,000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under this project.
2. This procurement shall be conducted through Small Value Procurement, pursuant to Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
3. The DENR Region III requests the submission of price quotations for the following items:
