Description : INVITATION TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROJECT:
MEALS FOR THE ADVANCED TRAINING COURSE (3 BATCHES) ON KATARUNGANG PAMBARANGAY.

1. The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (₱157,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR4533. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of the Request for Quotation.

2. The Local Government Unit of Gubat now invites quotation for the project: Meals for the Advanced Training Course (3 Batches) on Katarungang Pambarangay, delivery of goods is required from January 28-30, 2025, upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.

3. Submission of RFQ is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges ...
