For official use of the DENR Central Office in the conduct of Training Course on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Risk Management on November 18-21, 2025

1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region III, through the General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (₱426,400.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under this project.
2. This procurement shall be conducted through Small Value Procurement, pursuant to Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
3. The DENR Region III requests the submission of price quotations for the following items:
3.1 Venue / Function Hall for November 18-21, 2025, inclusive of tables, chairs, projector, sound system, and Wi-Fi.
3.2 Room Accommodation for 41 pax for 4 days, 3 nights (inclusive of breakfast)
3.3 Meals for forty-one (41) participants, broken down as follows:
- November 18: Dinner
- November 19: AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks, and Dinner
