Description : 1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region III, through the General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (₱426,400.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under this project.
2. This procurement shall be conducted through Small Value Procurement, pursuant to Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
3. The DENR Region III requests the submission of price quotations for the following items:
3.1 Venue / Function Hall for November 4-7, 2025, inclusive of tables, chairs, projector, sound system, and Wi-Fi.
3.2 Room Accommodation for 41 pax for 4 days, 3 nights (inclusive of breakfast)
3.3 Meals for forty-one (41) participants, broken down as follows:
- November 4: Dinner
- November 5: AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks, and Dinner
- November 6: AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks, and Dinner
- November 7: Lunch and PM Snacks
