MATERIALS FOR WATER SYSTEM AT BARANGAY CABUAYA

Name of Project

1. The LGU - Barangay Cabuaya, through the 20% National Tax Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Pesos (Php547,970.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Materials for Water System at Barangay Cabuaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU - Barangay Cabuaya now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) days after the receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
