Description : Invitation to Bid for the Materials of Solar Street Light

The Local Government Unit of Barangay I-Mapalad of Paluan, Occidental Mindoro, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 375,750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Materials for Solar Streetlights to be used of Barangay ABC. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1.The Local Government Unit of Barangay I-Mapalad, Paluan, Occidental Mindoro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed, within 15 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

2.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
