CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES

1. The Barangay Sta.Rosa 1 through 20% Barangay Development Fund F.Y. 2024 intends to apply the sum of the Infrastructure project for Php 70,060.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of Materials to be used in Improvement/ Rehabilitation of Evacuation Center at Sta.Rosa I, Baco. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay of Sta.Rosa 1 now invites PhilGEPS registered supplier/distributors to bid for the contract of Materials to be used in Improvement/ Rehabilitation of Evacuation Center at Sta.Rosa I, Baco. Delivery of Goods is required within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II of ITB.
