The ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE (ZSPI) formerly KABASALAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (KIT), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2018 intends to apply the sum EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX PESOS ONLY (Php 89,256.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of MATERIALS AND ACCESSORIES FOR FACILITY MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT (COA OFFICE) use.
Price Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
