Specifications:
• Dimension: at least 5'8 in height (actual size will vary depending on the wearer)
• Color Palette:
- Yellow body, arms, legs & tail: #FFCE1B
- Red Right part of the body: #FF2C2C
- Blue Left part of the body: #0000FF
- White arrowhead: #FFFFFF
• Materials: foam based interior or Insulation Foam rubber thread and fabric
• Quantity: 1 piece
- One (1) complete mascot costume with internal Support and proper ventilation (built-in fan)
• Inclusion: One (1) carrying/storage case
• Warranty: 6 months
• Supplier to submit sample of mascot previously created for other clients
Requirements:
• IPOPHL to provide the design and lay-out (see attached photos)
• Submission of the bid documents
• Bidders to comply with IRR of R.A. 9184
