Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid for

Mantianak Botanical Garden and Zoological Park Development
ITB NO. 100-2025-10-002

1. The Municipality of Sugbongcogon through its 20% Local Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Forty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Six Pesos & 08/100 (PHP 945,866.08) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Mantianak Botanical Garden and Zoological Park Development Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Sugbongcogon now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the Mantianak Botanical Garden and Zoological Park Development Project. Completion of Works is required within 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
