“Managed Services for Level 1 and Level 2 Helpdesk Support for the DBM”

1. The Department of Budget and Management (DBM), through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act and the Multi-Year Contractual Authority No. MYCA-BMB-C-24- 0000103, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Million Pesos (P150,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Managed Services for Level 1 and Level 2 Helpdesk Support for the DBM” (Project ID No. DBM-2025-30) covering FYs 2025 to 2027, with the breakdown of ABC as follows:

FY 2025 Twenty-Nine Million One Hundred Nineteen Thousand Pesos
(P 29,119, 000.00)
FY 2026 Sixty Million Four Hundred Forty Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P60,440,500.00)
FY 2027 Sixty Million Four Hundred Forty Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P60,440,500.00)

The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
