1) The Credit Information Corporation (CIC) through the Corporate Budget for FY 2026 intends to
apply the sum of Fifteen Million, Four Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand, One Hundred Ninety-
Five and 90/100, Philippines Peso, (PhP15,457,195.90) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Managed Firewall Services and Hardware
Refresh at the CIC Executive Office and Data Center (Early Procurement Activities). Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Credit Information Corporation (CIC) now invites bids for the Managed Firewall Services
and Hardware Refresh at the CIC Executive Office and Data Center (Early Procurement
Activities). Delivery of the Goods is required within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days upon
