The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) intends to procure the Maintenance Works for the Roofing System at the Museo ni Emilio Aguinaldo, Kawit Cavite through Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
