1. The Philippine Ports Authority, PMO Northern Luzon, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby invites contractors duly registered with the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to submit quotation/bid proposal for the hereunder project in accordance with Sec. 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184:

a. Project Title : Maintenance Works of Gate and Port Facilities damaged by Typhoon “Kristine”

b. Location : Port of Claveria, Cagayan
