Description : Invitation to Bid for Maintenance of Village-Type Driers

The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of two hundred forty-five thousand, nine hundred seventy-nine pesos (Php 245,979.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Maintenance of Village-Type Driers. Bids received in excess of each item/lot of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves now invites bids for Agricultural Machinery and Equipment to be used for the Village-Type Corn Postharvest Facilities Sustainability-Repair of Biomass Furnace and Elevator. Delivery of the Goods is required for 10 calendar days.

Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9) as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
