1. The BARANGAY ATIPOLO, JARO, LEYTE through the 20% Economic Development fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 120,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHTS BARANGAY ATIPOLO, JARO, LEYTE Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
