Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR DOMAIN NAME SERVERS (RE-ADVERTISEMENT)
(ITB-NGPA-SSS-GOODS-2025-024)

1) The Social Security System (SSS), through the Corporate Operating Budget under Maintenance and Other Operating Expense (MOOE) with Code (PAP) 2025-0300 of the Annual Procurement Plan (APP), intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Seven Hundred Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Two Pesos (₱12,708,702.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Maintenance Services for Domain Name Servers (Re-Advertisement). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The SSS now invites bids for Maintenance Services for Domain Name Servers (Re-Advertisement). Delivery of the Goods is required Within three (3) years from receipt of Notice to Proceed and Signed Contract. Bidders should have completed, within a period of five (5) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
