Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR BUDGET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
(ITB-NGPA-SSS-GOODS-2025-017)

1) The Social Security System (SSS), through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget - MOOE with Code PAP 2025-0333 of the Annual Procurement Plan, intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos (₱5,175,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Maintenance Services for Budget Management System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The SSS now invites bids for Maintenance Services for Budget Management System. Delivery of the Goods is within three (3) years upon receipt of Notice to Proceed and Signed Contract. Bidders should have completed within a period of five (5) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
