Description : MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE OF 2 UNITS 1000KVA STANDB POWER GENERATOR AT CENTRAL PLANT BLDG.
1.PURPOSE
THIS AGREEMENT SHALL COVERS THE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR TWO(2) UNITS OF 1000KVA STANDBY POWER GENERATOR LOCATED AT THE CENTRAL PLANT BUILDING.
2.CONTRACT PERIOD
THIS AGREEMENT SHALL COMMENCE IN APRIL 2026 AND REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR A PERIOD OF NINE(9) MONTHS,ENDING DECEMBER 2026 UNLESS TERMINATED EARLIER IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS PRVISIONS.PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE POWER GENERATOR SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON A QUARTERLY BASIS. UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON BY THE PARTIES OR AS NEEDED.
3.SCOPE OF WORK
THE CONTRACTOR AGREES TO PERFORM PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
1.ENGINE SYSTEM
1.1 ENGINE TEST RUN PERFORMED
1.2 ENGINE OIL LEVEL CHECKED
1.3 ENGINE OIL CHANGED
1.4OIL FILTER REPLACED
1.5 FUEL FILTER REPLACED
1.6ENGINE SEALS INSPECTED FOR LEAKS
1.7 HOSE CLAMPS TIGHTENED
1.8 ENGINE COOLANT LEVEL CHECKED
