Description : Comprehensive Maintenance of Reverse Osmosis System including Physical and Chemical Test - 1 LOT
Scope of Work:
1. Recharging of FRP filters, if Necessary.
2. Backwash all media filters.
3. Check all the settings of all Digital Heads of FRP filters.
4. Cleaning and Disinfection of Product and Raw Tanks.
5. RO Membrane Disinfection.
6. Replace RO Membrane if Necessary.
7. Shall Perform Loop Disinfection.
8. Check up all motor pumps, Repair/ Replace if Necessary.
9. Check up all solenoid valves and bypass valves, repair/replace if Necessary.
10. Check up all pipes and fittings for leakages, repair/replace if Necessary.
11. Check up all float switches, pressure switch, low pressure switch, high pressure switch, repair and calibrate if necessary.
12. Check up all flow meters, clean/replace if necessary.
13. Check up control panel, breakers, switches, relay, timer and other electrical parts, replace if Necessary.
14. Facilitate Physical-Chemical Analysis of water at the Point of Use. And submit to the DOH recognized water testing laboratory for dialysis pursuant to the Administrative Order No. 2012-000 lab...
