1. The Municipality of Calamba, Misamis Occidental, through the Rental of Heavy Equipment intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand Seventy Pesos (P189,070.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for MAINTENANCE OF ONE (1) UNIT BUS - AIRCON GENERAL CLEANING AND MECHANICAL REPAIR, with the Project Identification Number LGUCAL-PB-2025-14 .

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
